MY SPORTS ID CARD: REFUND POLICY / CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services, subscriptions, and products offered or facilitated by My Sports ID Card (“My Sports ID Card,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, mobile applications, and all related services (the “Platform”).

- GENERAL PRINCIPLES
- My Sports ID Card aims to provide clear and fair policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

- SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
This section applies to recurring subscription plans offered directly by My Sports ID Card (e.g., premium athlete profiles, coaching tools, agent accounts, enhanced features).
3.1. Cancellation:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will retain access to your subscription features until the end of that period.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You will retain access to your subscription features until the end of that period.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by logging into your My Sports ID Card account, navigating to your “Subscription” or “Billing” settings, and following the cancellation instructions. You may also contact our support team at [support@mysportsidcard.com] for assistance.
3.2. Refunds for Subscriptions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service or for periods where the service was not actively used.
- Annual Subscriptions:
- Annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
- However, if you cancel an annual subscription within [e.g., seven (7) days] of the initial purchase date, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided you have not significantly utilized the premium features or benefits during that period. This is at the sole discretion of My Sports ID Card.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations of annual subscriptions made after this initial period.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a demonstrated technical issue preventing you from accessing or using the core subscription features for an extended period, and My Sports ID Card is unable to resolve the issue.
- ONE-TIME PURCHASES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS & FEATURES)
This section applies to specific digital products or one-time feature unlocks purchased directly from My Sports ID Card (excluding athlete-sold merchandise or event tickets).
- General Policy: All sales of one-time digital products or feature unlocks are generally final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access has been granted or the product downloaded/utilized.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only if there is a technical defect preventing the product from functioning as described and My Sports ID Card is unable to provide a fix or replacement. Such requests must be made within [e.g., seven (7) days] of purchase.
- MERCHANDISE SALES (FACILITATED BY ATHLETES/SELLERS)
My Sports ID Card operates as a platform that facilitates the sale of merchandise by individual athletes, teams, or other sellers directly to buyers. My Sports ID Card is NOT the seller of record for these items.
- Seller’s Policy: For any merchandise purchased directly from an athlete or seller on the Platform, the return and refund policy of that specific athlete or seller applies. My Sports ID Card does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds for these transactions.
- Contact Seller Directly: If you have an issue with merchandise purchased from an athlete or seller, you must contact them directly through the contact information provided on their profile or store page.
- Platform Fees: While My Sports ID Card charges a platform fee or commission on successful merchandise sales, these fees are generally earned upon the completion of the transaction. If a full refund is processed by the seller and confirmed, My Sports ID Card may, at its discretion, refund its portion of the platform fee, less any payment processing charges incurred.
- EVENT TICKETS (FACILITATED BY EVENT ORGANIZERS)
My Sports ID Card may facilitate the sale of event tickets by event organizers (e.g., teams, clubs, individual athletes). My Sports ID Card is NOT the event organizer or the primary ticket seller.
- Organizer’s Policy: For any event tickets purchased on the Platform, the refund and cancellation policy of the specific event organizer applies. My Sports ID Card does not process ticket refunds or cancellations unless explicitly stated otherwise and agreed upon with the event organizer.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by the organizer, the organizer is typically responsible for issuing refunds. My Sports ID Card will endeavor to assist in facilitating communication regarding such cancellations and refunds, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the event organizer.
- Contact Organizer Directly: For any ticket-related inquiries, including refunds or event changes, please contact the event organizer directly through the contact information provided for the event.
- FUNDRAISING ENGINE PURCHASES/DONATIONS
Purchases or donations made through My Sports ID Card’s Fundraising Engine (e.g., digital ID cards for fundraising, direct donations) are typically made to support specific athletes, teams, or organizations.
- Generally Non-Refundable: Payments made via the Fundraising Engine are generally considered final and non-refundable, as they are processed as contributions or purchases in support of a fundraising goal.
- Discretion of Recipient: Any refunds or cancellations for fundraising contributions would be at the sole discretion of the receiving athlete, team, or organization, and My Sports ID Card is not responsible for issuing such refunds.
- Platform Fees: My Sports ID Card’s fees related to fundraising transactions (e.g., activation fees, revenue share) are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed.
- HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION (FOR MY SPORTS ID CARD DIRECT SERVICES)
For services directly provided by My Sports ID Card (e.g., subscriptions, one-time digital product purchases as described in Sections 3 and 4):
- Review Policy: First, carefully review this policy to determine your eligibility.

- REFUND PROCESSING
