  • Financial & Transaction Data: Payment information (e.g., credit card details – processed securely by third-party payment processors), billing address, transaction history related to merchandise sales, ticket sales, live stream purchases, or fundraising activities. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Communication Data: Content of messages, emails, and other communications with us, including customer support inquiries.
  • Parent/Guardian Information (for Youth Athletes): For users under 13, we collect the parent or legal guardian’s name, email address, phone number, and verifiable consent information as required by COPPA.

Our legal bases for processing include: your consent, the necessity of fulfilling a contract with you, our legitimate interests (where not overridden by your rights), and compliance with legal obligations.

  • To create and display your digital Sports ID Card.
  • To enable features like merchandise stores, live streaming, event/ticket sales, and booking services.

  • Your Digital Sports ID Card and Public Profile: Information you choose to make public on your digital ID card and profile (e.g., name, photo, sport, team, stats, highlights, public links) will be accessible to other users and the general public.
  • Transactions: When you engage in transactions (e.g., buy merchandise from an athlete, purchase a ticket), certain information (e.g., your name, shipping address) may be shared with the other party to fulfill the transaction.
 

4.2. With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)

4.3. For Fundraising Activities:

  • Participating Organizations: If you participate in a fundraising campaign affiliated with a school, team, or organization, certain data related to your participation (e.g., sales figures, personal ID card activation) may be shared with that organization to track progress and distribute funds.
  • Fundraising Representatives: If you are a sales representative for a fundraising campaign, your sales performance data will be shared with the relevant organization to calculate commissions.

  • Law Enforcement & Government Authorities: When required by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).
  • To Protect Rights & Safety: When we believe it’s necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving threats to the safety of any person.
