Corporate Social Media Posting Policy

  1. Purpose

This policy governs how My Sports ID Card (“the Company”) manages and distributes official content, including sponsored posts and advertisements, to social media profiles and digital identity cards hosted on the My Sports ID Card platform. The goal is to provide value to our users and partners while preserving trust, transparency, and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

  • Approval: All sponsored content and advertisements must be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Manager (or designated representative) prior to publishing.
  1. Sponsored Content and Advertisements Standards

All sponsored posts and advertisements distributed through My Sports ID Card will:

  • Be clearly disclosed as sponsored, paid, or partner content with labels such as “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or “Paid Promotion” in compliance with FTC and relevant advertising disclosure standards.
  • Remain relevant and appropriate to the My Sports ID Card community, focusing on sports, wellness, performance, education, and lifestyle themes that align with our brand.
  • Meet all applicable advertising standards, avoiding restricted or prohibited categories (such as gambling, certain financial products, illegal or harmful substances), and comply with community guidelines.
  • Avoid content that is misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the Company’s values.
  1. User Experience Safeguards
  • Sponsored posts and advertisements must not interfere with users’ access to their core digital card features.
  • The Company will ensure a balance between organic content and sponsored ads to protect user trust.
  • Users will be provided with clear information in the platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy regarding the inclusion of sponsored posts and advertisements within their digital card environments.
  1. Compliance and Legal Considerations
  • All sponsored content and advertisements must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws.
  • Partnerships and sponsorships must be memorialized through a written agreement detailing responsibilities, rights, and approved use of brand assets.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any sponsored content or advertisements that violate this policy, contractual obligations, or governing laws.
  1. Monitoring and Accountability
  • Marketing and Compliance teams will regularly monitor the performance and reception of sponsored posts and advertisements.
  • Feedback received from users will be considered when evaluating frequency, type, and relevance of sponsored ads.
  • Violations of this policy by employees or partners may result in disciplinary action, including termination of access or partnership agreements.
  1. Updates to Policy

This policy may be reviewed and updated periodically at the discretion of the Company to reflect changes in business strategy, legal requirements, or platform functionality.
